How to use OrthoBrite
- Dissolve one tablet in about 280ml of lukewarm water, making sure the appliance is completely submerged
- Soak appliance in the solution for 15 minutes* or longer
- Before next use, rinse the appliance under running water and dry thoroughly before wearing it.
*Do not keep wire appliances in solution for longer than 15 minutes. Remove promptly and rinse with running water.
Shipping
L&L Orthodontics offers delivery Australia-wide, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
While we endeavour to process and dispatch orders on the same day they are received, we do not guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery, depending on your location and courier service availability.
Once your order has been dispatched, L&L Orthodontics is not liable for any delays, damage, or loss incurred during transit due to circumstances beyond our control. However, if your item is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout. L&L Orthodontics will not be held responsible for mis-deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. In such cases, any additional shipping costs incurred for redelivery will be the responsibility of the customer.
Click & Collect
We offer free Click & Collect for all orders, simply select 'Pickup in Store' at checkout.
Collection is available during our clinic opening hours from our two locations:

- Melbourne CBD – Level 15, 15 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000
You will be notified via email once your order is ready for collection. Please ensure you bring your order confirmation email when collecting your order.
Returns & Refunds
Returns and refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis, at our sole and absolute discretion. While we will make every attempt to assist you, we cannot guarantee that a return or a refund will be made.
